Bias Voltage for internal circuitry. To generate the bias voltage, connect a 500kΩ resistor(R1) from this pin to the IN pin and a 100kΩ resistor (R2) from this pin to ground. Shown in Typical Application circuit on front page 。具体这个内部偏置电压具体起什么作用？硬件电路设计要不要考虑它？

Vbias为芯片内部控制电路供电，为保证芯片能够正常工作，请参考规格书中给出的典型应用电路，在VBIAS脚对VIN上拉一个500kΩ电阻、对GND下拉一个100kΩ电阻。
